The University Medical Centre Doctors, assisted by a qualified registered nurse, provide a clinical service to both students, staff and the broader community.
SERVICES INCLUDE
- primary health care for acute and ongoing medical problems
- preventative health care
- sexual health and contraceptive advice
- pap smears
- travel advice and immunisation
- specialist referral if required
- health education

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
Eligible full time students are bulk billed through the Medicare system. A current Medicare Card must be presented by full time students at the time of consultation. Overseas students are billed through Medibank Private. Staff and private patients are asked to pay at time of consultation.
HOURS OF BUSINESS
Currently the Doctors are in attendance from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm each week day.
