Notices from the Undergraduate Law Course Coordinator

The Undergraduate Course Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the rules that govern the following courses:

(For enquiries regarding the Master of Laws (LLM) by Coursework, the coursework component of the LLM by Research or the coursework component of the Doctor of Judicial Science (SJD) please contact Michael Eburn.

For enquiries regarding the research component or admission to the LLM by Research, the SJD or the PhD please contact the Research Services Office.)

In administrating the degree rules, I am required to make decisions regarding

  • Entry into the degree programmes
  • Advanced standing;
  • Permission to over-enrol;
  • Permission to enrol elsewhere;
  • Permission to have concurrent enrolment in another degree/award.

Below are various forms, rules, policies and procedures that I am required to implement, or for which I am responsible. If you are dissatisfied with any decision that I make, you are entitled to appeal in accordance with the Student Appeals Policy.

Please note that I am not responsible for implementing the School of Law’s Late Assignment Policy. Applications for extensions on assignments must be sent to the Head of School.
