David Elkins commenced work at UNE in 1989 in the then Media Resources Unit. MRU had a staff of 22 people: radio engineers, video production and editing, audio production, graphic design, and 5 photographic staff. He has 38 years of photographic experience, having been employed by Redifusion Television, London Weekend Television, Ansto, Coopers and Lybrand, Coal and Allied.
