Help us to create an even better museum! The Museum plays a valuable role in the preservation and restoration of artefacts, as well as a vital teaching role in the university for students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in a number of disciplines, including classics, history, ancient history, Aboriginal studies, archaeology and paleontology. Although the Museum has a fine collection of antiquities, it depends heavily upon the generosity of its well-wishers and friends for donation and purchasing of new items and to promote important events, such as the Maurice Kelly lecture. Donations are tax deductable. Enquiries on this matter should be addressed to Professor Greg Horsley, School of Classics, History and Religion, University of New England, Armidale, NSW 2351, Australia, or you can email Professor Horsley. |
