Induction Management
It is very important that all new staff are familiar with the University,
not only as a place of work but as an opportunity to develop both
professionally and personally. Staff induction needs to be managed
with sensitivity and an appreciation for the needs and expectations
of new staff.

Managing Induction is offered free online or by workshop to UNE staff. Please register for the workshop by sending a registration form to Organisational Development, fax 2755 or by internal mail. As soon as this is processed we will contact you to consult course dates.
All supervisory staff should also attend one of the weekly staff induction sessions run by OD every Monday from 11.00 to 12.00am.
