Australian Learning and Teaching Council Awards Australian Learning and Teaching Council Grants Finding the Right Mix Learning materials for the vision and hearing impaired

An invitation is extended to all those interested in open and distance learning including administrators, instructional designers, academics, teachers, students etc. who are interested in attending ODLAA 2007 to submit a paper or abstract for inclusion in the program. The papers and abstracts may address many topics reflecting on the role of open and distance learning in pedagogy, technologies, systems, and policies. In particular the conference will seek to address the following streams in its theme of Open and Distance Learning in the South Pacific Region.

  • respecting cultures,
  • enabling collaborations,
  • cognitions: building knowledge and managing learning, and
  • valuing and sustaining communities.

Call for Papers (Due June 15th 2007)

Authors are invited to submit the following types of papers to the conference:

  • Full papers for double blind review: (3000-4000 words)
  • Abstracts only (non peer reviewed): (300-400 words)
  • Workshops: (three hours)
